Took a gig here because I needed to be closer to home. Turned out to be a nightmare. Production Manager would yell at you if you didn't log in your hours or if you didn't do things his way. Make a long story short, anyone who has worked for the Bigtime ad agencies would not even think twice to take a gig here. Only interns or fresh grads probably but you wouldn't learn jack!
